    I am a new mac user and I love my machine. However, I am having a rough time trying to get my mail using the mail program that came with my Mac. I have set it up correctly, I thought, but whenever I open it and request it to retrieve the mail I get the following message. " Fetch Error user name _______ unrecognized. Can someone help me in setting up my mail correctly? Right now I am using Entourage. It works when it wants to work. I need help quick.

    This problem has nothing to do with Fetch the program; your mail program is using the word "fetch" to refer to its efforts to retrieve email. I'd contact the vendor of the email progam for support.
