That message is coming from the server, so it does not appear to think you have permission to upload files in those locations. I would suggest copying the contents of the Fetch Transcript window (choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu) and showing that to the service provider. They should be able to figure out what is wrong with the site permissions.

Every time I try to upload a file onto any of 4 sites, I get the message "Server response: This command (STOR) is not allowed when Put operations are not permitted." This is sometimes followed by the "error Number -3208" message. I'm using the correct password and logons, and have all the Put options allowed on both the server and in Fetch. Suggestions?!
