What does this mean? Is the problem on my side or the server where I'm trying to upload to? I get the following error:

"the FTP server encountered an error accessing the file or folder.
If you entered a file name, folder name or URL check that it is correct.
Server responded: "file_name: Not enough quota is available to process this command."

    Hi,

That error means that you are out of space in your account on the server; there is no more room for you to upload new files. (Many servers limit the amount of files you are allowed to store on them; the size of the limit varies from server to server.)

You should either delete some old files on the server that you no longer need, and then try again, or if that isn't possible, you should contact the people or company who run the server and ask them if you can get more storage space.

Please let us know if you have further questions.

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire
