Failure to Connect and serial number issues (2 posts)

  I keep getting this message "_________ could not be opened because the connection timed out.
  there might be a problem with your network, or the server might not be responding" there is no issue with my connection, and Ive tried to log on to multiple sites including my personal site which only i have the host name and passcodes to. Also when trying to open fetch on another computer it said my serial number and name were incorrect. Im really irritated with this program.

  This error usually indicates a problem with the server being offline or otherwise unavailable; and from your followup email, it appears that was the case.

  We have emailed you your serial number information.
