    i have owned fetch 3 for many many years - i downloaded trial version of fetch 4, but never used it - now i need to use fetch 3 and it is asking for me a serial number (i have owned it too too many years i remember the serial number, plus moving etc...) help

    Fetch 3 has only used serial numbers since 2001; if you have a copy that's asking for a serial number it must be at least that new. You can send email to serial @ fetchsoftworks.com to ask us to look you up in our order database (which only goes back to 2001).
