    Here is the transcript with PASV Disabled

    SYST
    215 UNIX Type: L8
    PWD
    257 "/" is current directory.
    MACB ENABLE
    500 Bad command.
    PWD
    257 "/" is current directory.
    PORT 1,0,90,154,143,200
    200 PORT command successful.
    LIST
    425 Data connection failed.
    ftp_list: -30000 (state == GETTING_LIST)

    here is the transcript with PASV enabled

    And it stay there forever with the little dog running.

    Can anyone Help please!

    Do you have a software firewall installed on your computer, or a hardware firewall on your network? That might explain why non-passive connections aren't working. Passive mode connections probably aren't working because of a firewall at the server; have you asked the server administrator whether they block passive mode?
