Fetch 5.0.5 unexp. quits after upload (2 posts)

  There's one folder that I upload to my ftp site that seems to cause Fetch to "quit unexpectedly." I *think* the folder has completely uploaded but I can't tell really. Is it possible that one particular file in the folder can cause Fetch to quit?

  Hi,

  It is unlikely, but possible. We'd like some more information to help investigate the problem.

  Which version of Fetch are you using, on which version of Mac OS X?

  Could you try uploading the folder again and seeing if Fetch quits unexpectedly again?

  After trying that, please mail us your Fetch.crash.log so we can try to figure out what the problem is.

  To find the Fetch.crash.log file:

  * Choose "Home" from the Go menu in the Finder
  * Open the Library folder
  * Open the Logs folder
  * Open the CrashReporter folder

  Please send it to:

  bugs at fetchsoftworks dot com

  along with a short description of the problem and we'll take a look.

  If it is a very large folder and you don't feel you can upload it again, please just send us your current Fetch crash log.
