Fetch and IIS FTP (2 posts)

    My clients are having trouble accessing or placing file on to FTP site I setup. These clients are running the latest Fetch and or IE on their Macs. The FTP server they're going to is currently running NT 4.0 and IIS 4.0. The error that they're getting is 'error on password: login incorrect'. I tested the logins from PCs running IE 5.0/6.0 or WSFTP and they seem to work just fine. I was able to put/get/delete files. Any advice is greatly appreciated... Thanks!!!

    Could you post the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after the clients get that error message? The clients should choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu.
