  Please, I'm trying to use my new Fetch 5 program... and not having much luck. The RapidWeaver [kin to DreamWeaver] has a "publish" button that used to upload automatically. 3 of my sites are with 1and1.com; my 4th site [and hopefully numerous other mini-sites] are with GoDaddy.

  I was happily using and updating the 1and1 sites until I downloaded Fetch. Now all sorts of issues are cropping up.

  Haven't tried a second Godaddy site yet - I've no idea how Fetch will work with this one!

  I am seriously considering asking for a refund for Fetch. I am not a computer guru - so I got Fetch to deal with the FTP issues I can scarcely understand.

  Help? Please?

  Hi Dot,

  Are you still using the "publish" button to upload your 1and1 sites, or are you running Fetch and using the Put button in Fetch?

  Thank you for answering! I was feeling kind of all asea.

  Yes, I use the RapidWeaver 'Publish' button to upload.

  AND I tried the 'Put' button in Fetch.

  When I try to open the RW files on my Mac using Fetch, they are greyed out.

  I think you should start by contacting RapidWeaver support at http://www.realmacsoftware.com/support/

  They claim that their publish feature can upload website updates. If they can help you get that to work we'd be happy to refund your Fetch purchase. If they can't get it to work please let us know and we'll see what we can do.

  Hi, I am new to this and I am trying to publish a new site using Rapidweaver to godaddy yet I don't know what server and path shoul I use. I wrote godday support and they asked me to call yet I live in Venezuela and the calls are very expensive. I have been reading this thread and realiza doro is using rapidweaver with godaddy so maybe you can help me. Thanks!

  Hi mdtorres,

  The Hostname, Username and Password information has to come from GoDaddy. You should have received it when you set up the account with GoDaddy. I would recommend contacting them by email.
