Fetch Connecting BUT Not Seeing Files (6 posts)

I've updated my Fetch the latest version. I'm having an issue of it looking like it's successfully connected but the file list doesn't show up. I've clicked on all preferences that have to do with seeing hidden files, etc. It's not for all of FTP accounts just a few (Bluehost & GoDaddy). Any insight would be really helpful!

    Hi Sarah,

Does it help to choose Refresh from the View menu?

If not, please choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the entire contents of that window here, or at http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/feedback . We'll take a look and see what we can figure out.

    Thanks,

You might try unchecking the "Use 'LIST -al' command to reveal hidden items" option in the Miscellaneous section of Preferences. Does that help?

I unchecked the "Use 'List-all' command to reveal hidden items and then restarted fetch and double checked that this item was still unchecked and No Luck.

At this point I would contact the hosting service. Their server is saying that there aren't any files.
