I have been trying to upload pages created in iWeb. One page will not load...I keep getting the error, "Fetch could not create the folder "xxxx" because the ftp server sent an unexpected response. The "xxxx" folder changes all the time, so it's not a corrupt file. Sometimes it's one illustration on my page, sometimes it's another. When this happens, everything stops...Fetch is done. When I go to view my site, the home page is there, the 2 pages of photos of sculptures are there and my illustration page is there but with NO ILLUSTRATION thumbnails. Go Daddy can't figure this out...I've spent 2 hours on the phone with them already. I'm worn out...what am I doing wrong???

Hi,

This sounds like it is either an intermittent problem with the server, or possibly with your router. If you could provide some information, we may be able to provide some advice on how to work around it.

Could you please do the following?

* Quit Fetch, if it's running.
* Open Fetch again.
* Connect to your server.
* Try uploading your website again.
* After you get the error, choose Fetch Transcript from the Window menu.
* Copy the entire contents of the transcript window, and send them in an email to:

bugs at fetchsoftworks dot com

Please also include a short description of your problem.

We'll take a look and try to figure out what's going on.
