    We just purchased Fetch yesterday and received the confirmation information attached to an email. However, when I go to the site and login, it says that i am entering the wrong login information.
    This might be because I was in the midst of a free trial when I decided to purchase but I cannot imagine why that would be the case.
    Please HELP! It is an emergency!!!!

    Hi,

    Sorry, we're not quite clear on where you are experiencing the problem - are you having trouble registering Fetch, or are you having trouble connecting to your server now that you've registered Fetch?

    I guess I"m having difficulty registering. When I double click the Fetch icon a box pops up telling me to enter HOST, USER ID and PASSWORD. When I enter all of the information it says i've entered the wrong login info.
    I've already called the number and am waiting for a call back from you guys.

    Hi,

    Sorry that there's been a delay getting back to you.

    When you start Fetch, you should get a "Welcome to Fetch" dialog, and one of the buttons should be "Enter Serial...". Click the "Enter Serial..." button and enter your registration information in the dialog that appears.

    So cancel the dialog with the Host and User ID fields, quit Fetch, and run Fetch again to get the Welcome dialog. Then click "Enter Serial..."

    If you are not seeing the "Welcome to Fetch" dialog when you run Fetch, let us know.

    By the way, it sounds like you have Fetch 4. If you are running Mac OS X, you should consider downloading the much improved Fetch 5, which you can get from the front page of our website - http://fetchsoftworks.com . The serial number (registration code) you just got will work with Fetch 5 too. However, Fetch 5 does not work on Mac OS 9.

    I downloaded Fetch 5 and I am not getting the Welcome Page. It would be really helpful if you guys would get on the phone with me.
    I am launching a website for a national magazine in ten days. I need to get images up on the website. Please return the message I left on your voice mail. Thanks.

    Could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the contents after you get the error message? That information should help us figure out what is going on.
