    Thanks for contacting us. After it times out could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the contents of that window? That information may help me understand what is going on.

    Hi,

    It looks like you need to contact your hosting company to get the correct FTP login information (Hostname, Username and Password) for your account.
