  Today, Fetch is refusing to allow me access, saying the password and/or user name is wrong -- but these are the same ones I used to access the account last time. Help? thank you.

  Fetch sends the information you enter to the server, and the server decides whether or not to let you in. So I would recommend contacting the server support people to find out why the username/password that worked before is not working now.
