Fetch shortcuts corrupted (2 posts)

Greetings. I recently upgraded from a MacPro1,1 to a MacPro5,1. To save the time of reinstalling everything, I simply unplugged the hard drive from the old computer and moved it to the new. I've gotten everything updated except I found Fetch was no longer connecting to the internet.

Seemed odd since I was able to browse the internet and send and receive email. After several restarts of my cable modem and my Mac, I was finally able to connect via a new connection. But my shortcuts seem to have corrupted. None of them work and when I try to edit any shortcut I get this error: http://www.markhannondesign.com/clientJobs/Fetch_Shortcuts_Corrupted.png

I didn't think my shortcuts were stored on any server other than my hard drive. Is there a way to fix this? Is this copy of Fetch toast? Do I need to reinstall?

    Hi,

Thanks for posting. I could use some more information to figure out what is going wrong. Could you send your Fetch.log file to bugs@fetchsoftworks.com ? To find Fetch.log:

    1) Open Fetch
    2) Choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu
    3) Choose "Show Fetch.log in Finder" from the File menu

    Thanks,

    Thanks,
