Fetch stalls after a few files (2 posts)

  Using Fetch 4.0.3, I am trying to upload large image files on a wireless connection. The first time, it stopped at image 12. I started a new connection, and that one is currently stalled at image 32. The dog is still running, but the transfer data isn't changing. What can I do? Do I need to be hardwired to the internet?

  Hi,

  In the Fetch Preferences, click the Firewall tab and check to see if you have the "Use passive mode transfers" checkbox checked. If not, check it and try uploading again.

  If that does not help, or it's already checked, next I would suggest trying Fetch 5 to see if you have the same problem. You can try Fetch 5 for free for 15 days.

  Please let us know if you have the same problem with Fetch 5, and if so, we will investigate further.
