    Hi Linda,

    Sorry you're having troubles. Could you mail your Fetch.crash.log to us? That will help us identify the source of the problem.

    To find the Fetch.crash.log file:

    * Choose "Home" from the Go menu in the Finder
    * Open the Library folder
    * Open the Logs folder
    * Open the CrashReporter folder

    Please send it to:

    bugs at fetchsoftworks dot com

    along with a short description of the problem and we'll take a look.

    Thanks,

    Thanks Scott - I discovered the problem late yesterday!! I did a software update and that sees to have fixed it. I also had a problem attaching documents to my email which also has been fixed. Seems to have been related to the Quicktime software update which seems odd but the other updates were for Safai (I use Firefox) and iTunes! Anyway - all fine now.
    Thanks for the reply.
