  After using Fetch for many years, I now get a "Fetch quit unexpectedly" message. My IT Department has asked if I know the settings that it needs in order for me to transfer files. Do you know how I should answer IT?

  Hi,

  Could you contact us at http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/feedback and send a copy of the crash report that is displayed when Fetch unexpectedly quits? That will help me figure out why it is crashing.

  I'm not sure I understand the IT department's question. What exactly are they looking for?

  I do not see a blinking bar when I go to HTTP://WWW.ECLATART.COM . Are you still seeing it there?
