    I currently have a W2K server running Serv-U and need to have my Fetch users connect using SSL port 990 PASV FTP. Is this possible using Fetch 4.0.3?

    No, Fetch 4.0.3 does not support SSL. I'd look at NetFinder or a Java FTP client.
