    Hi,

    We're sorry you're having problems.

Could you make sure you are using these settings in the Fetch Preferences:

    * In the General pane, "Use passive mode transfers (PASV)" is checked.
    * In the Proxy pane, the Proxy Type is "None"
    * In the Obscure pane, "Contact server during long transfers" is unchecked.

And then try to connect to the server.

If this does not help, please let us know and we'll investigate further.

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire

    Hi,

Can you connect to ftp.fetchsoftworks.com (just leave username and password blank when you try)?

I would also try restarting the Macintosh and trying to connect again to your server.

Please let us know what happens with both these tests.

    Thanks,

    Scott McGuire
