Just purchased v4 because 2&3x have always been staples for solid Mac FTP. Unfortunately, the wide range of directory related problems posted here under v4 takes an even stranger twist. Whenever we log into a Netware 5.1 FTP or Win2K/XP FTP server all filenames are listed but all attributes are missing ( size/date/rights etc ). Works fine under v3 and with other FTP clients. Stranger yet, if we manually delete Fetch's cache and restart the app, the odd time it will properly display all attributes. Tried on OS 9.2, 9.1, 8.6, 8.1, 7.6.1. Any thoughts would be appreciated, we'd hate to bail on an old favourite. Thanks, Tim.

That is very interesting. Could you email me the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after doing a "View File List" command on those servers, for Fetch 3.0.3 and Fetch 4.0.1? Send them to support@fetchsoftworks.com.

    Thanks,
