Fetch will not open and display the file list.

I am running El Capitan 10.11.2 on a 2 core iMac

I have downloaded new versions 3x but it will not display at all.

    Hi,

Thanks for posting. Do you get an error message when you try to open Fetch and connect?

    Thanks,

    Hi Jim

    No I do not

Today I managed to get 1 account to show its files after the message

    Getting file list ...

but after closing it down and trying again it would not.

Now we have very poor broadband here and I suspect that the connection is dropping out at a critical moment but Fetch has always managed in the past to get the lists up. So I wonder if the "retry" of Fetch has been altered in some way.

I have retried with other accounts and some are behaving exactly as for the first one described.

    Many thanks

    Craig

    Hi,

I'd like to see the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after you see the problem. You can choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu to open it. You can post the contents here, or at http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/feedback . I'll see what i can figure out from that.

    Thanks,
