File list shows user ID/ group ID not names (2 posts)

    When I select the option View File List from the Remote menu, I get a file list but with the UNIX user ID and group ID where once I had the username and group name.

    I'm not sure whether I have changed something client-side or server side for this to happen.

    Can anyone offer any suggestion?

    View File List shows you everything that the server sends to Fetch, so it must be that the server has changed from sending names to sending ids. You could talk to the server adminstrator about that.
