    Does Fetch 4.0.3 add any characters or modify files and send files differently than Fetch 3.0.3. We're having trouble getting a javascripted membership file to properly read the database.

    Both Fetch 3.0.3 and 4.0.3 have a "Translate ISO characters" option that can change special characters in text files; you might try flipping that setting (it's in the Misc. section of Preferences).
