    I'm trying to upload 10 jpeg files to my server. Once I "put" them, they're present in the fetch window. However, I can not see them on my website. I then refresh the fetch window and they disappear.

    I tried deleting the cache and restarting and neither helped. It continues to happen. Please help!

    I'm using Fetch 5.1.1 on Mac OS X 10.4.8

    Thanks,
    Michelle

    Hi Michelle,

    Could you please do the following?

    * Quit Fetch.
    * Open Fetch.
    * Connect to your server.
    * Upload the JPEG files.
    * Click Refresh (which should make them disappear).
    * Then, choose Fetch Transcript from the Window menu, copy the entire contents of the transcript window, and paste them into a reply to this message.

    The transcript should tell us exactly what's happening on the server, and hopefully we can figure out what the problem is.

    Thanks,

    Hi Scott,
    I figured out the problem - I was uploading the pics to a verizon online sub account. I realized I needed to increase the amount of space allocated to that account. Did that and voila - no more problems.

    Thanks for your quick reply and hopefully my solution can help someone in a similar situation in the future.

    Best,
    Michelle
