    Hi there,
We have been uploading video files using Fetch for the past year, and have never had a hiccup until last week.
We've uploaded several files to the same ftp site, using the same process, and for some reason the files (about 9 of them) are just stuck there. I've asked the site to clear their ftp, but they're not showing on their side.
I've tried replacing the files, but they're there and unless I delete them and start over - which I really don't want to do - the full files at their file size are there. I keep uploading new files, but as you can see they just keep accumulating and I really, really don't want to go any further until I have a solution.
The internet connection in South Africa is terrible, so I really don't want to delete the files and re-upload. Any solution would be greatly appreciated! I have a pic of the problem at this site here:

    Thanks so much,
    Cheers,
    Susan.

    Hi,

Thanks for reporting the problem, and for the screen snapshot. In the snapshot I think I see connections to three different FTP servers, ftp.pond5.com, ftp2.pond5.com, and ftp3.pond5.com. Each server has three files. Is that correct?

What do you want to happen with the files on these servers?

    Thanks,
