When I "put" a group of files, even small ones, I can see them being transferred by watching the little dial and seeing the names of my files listed as they transfer. Inevitably, it will transfer about 5-8 files, then get "stuck." The little fetch dog icon keeps running and it says it's still transferring one particular file, but it never moves onto the next file. The only way I can get out of this is to hit stop, and then it says it's closing the connection but it never moves onto anything else. I have to close the window completely, then go make a new connection and start all over again... transfer another 5-8 files or so, close, make new connection, etc., until I'm done. This happens anytime I transfer groups of files. They are small files, so I don't believe size is a factor. It's really irritating... I am working on a Mac, OS 9.2. And I have DSL Internet service. If it's a DSL problem, can you advise me as to what to tell them??? Thanks! :)

Could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu after the next failure and post the contents of that window? Hopefully it will contain clues to the problem.

How much of the contents should I post?
Just the last part, when it stopped, or the whole entire thing? It's a lot ...
