    Hello,

I had a web site on a Windows server, and when I connected with Fetch 4.0.3, I saw the icon's folder like a folder.

Now, my web site is on a Windows 2003 server, but when I connect with Fetch, I don't see the folder icon correctly. The company who has the web server tell me the problem is my Fetch. Any idea?

    Thanks!

Could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu after you see the problem and post the contents of the Fetch Transcript window?

    Thanks,

Apparently this server is behind a firewall that is blocking the "SITE DIRSTYLE" command that Fetch uses to tell the server to use UNIX-style file lists. It is also configured to use DOS-style file lists, which Fetch can't understand. You can ask the server administrator to allow "SITE DIRSTYLE", but otherwise I don't have an immediate workaround.

    Thanks,

    Hello,

We have change the server to use "UNIX-style file lists" instead of "MS-DOS-style file lists" and all works great now. Thanks a lot!

Something strange... on a Windows 2000 server, the configuration by default is "MS-DOS-style file lists" (like Windows 2003) and it works. Strange... (but with Microsoft, it's often strange).

    Have a nice weekend!
