"Forbidden File Name" Error every time I try to uplaod (2 posts)

  We tried the free trial, and we never successfully uploaded our images because it always gave us the "forbidden filename" error message. This is exactly what it is saying..."Fetch could not create the folder "Ceremony" because the FTP server sent an unexpected response. Server responded "Ceremony: Forbidden filename.

  Any ideas/suggestions/help? Thanks!

  Hi,

  Sorry you're having problem. We'd like more information to diagnose it.

  After you try to upload and you get the error message, could you please choose Fetch Transcript from the Window menu, copy the contents of the transcript window, and paste them here? We'll take a look and try to figure out what's going on.
