  Hi,
  This dumbass(me) had to change my password at Fetchs request and I forgot it. How do I go about resetting it or getting a new one?

  Hi Jay,

  Actually, it wasn't us who requested you to change your password; we don't run servers or maintain user accounts for people. We just make Fetch, software that lets you move files from your Macintosh to servers run by other companies or people. When you enter a password into Fetch, we just pass it along to the server; any decisions about changing it or rejecting it are made by the server, and Fetch just passes the news along.

  So, it would have been the folks who run the server you were trying to connect to (your web hosting company, perhaps) that changed your password, and they're the only ones who can reset it or get a new one for you.
