Hi, I've been using Fetch for years... I really love it and haven't ever had any problems. Although I haven't made any changes (new modems or computers, etc), today trying to connect I get this message:

An FTP connection to annamayhenry.com could not be opened because the connection timed out. There might be a problem with your network, or the server might not be responding.

Any help would be appreciated! Here is the transcript:

    Hi,

I can't connect to annamayhenry.com either, which suggests a server problem. I would recommend contacting your hosting company to let them know that it isn't responding to FTP login attempts. They should be able to correct the problem.

    Thanks,

In the last couple of weeks, I have been having trouble with fetch connection timing out when sending to my client. I have used different client user names and passwords, all of which worked previously. Now, none of them are working. I tried going into Preferences and deselecting/ then selecting PASV. I am using 5.7.7.

    Hi,

Has anything changed with your Internet connection recently? Do you have any way of testing with a different Internet connection (e.g. use a neighbor's WiFi, take your computer to a library or coffee shop, etc.)?

    Thanks,

    Jim Matthews
