Hello, I am trying to send a link to my clients. I upload their galleries to a sub folder that I created called Client-download, but when my clients click the link to download their folders, it reroutes them to my website instead. I use to be able to send them a link, and they had no problem accessing their zip folders, it would download right into
    their computers, please help.

    sample of link:

    Hi,

I'm guessing that the links are broken for some reason, and that your website automatically redirects broken links to your home page. The question is why the links are broken.

    To troubleshoot this I would:

    1) Upload a .zip archive to the Client-download folder
    2) Choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post or send (using http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/feedback) the window contents, along with the link to the .zip that isn't working

I'll see what I can figure out.

    Thanks,
