  We have developed an issue with larger files timing out after 20 megs approx. Some clients and our own employees tested the FTP and Cyber Duck and Filezilla worked without a glitch. Fetch was the apparent culprit. There must be something I am missing?

  Hi,

  There are no limits to the size of files you can upload with Fetch, and we have numerous customers that regularly use Fetch to upload files larger than 20 MB.

  So we'll need to gather information and we'll try to figure out what is going on in your particular case and identify the source of the problem. If there is a problem with Fetch, we'll try to fix it.
