ftp usernames that require email type address (3 posts)

  Hi just switched to a new hosting server and all our sub and addon domains require usernames in this configuration:

  user@domain.ending

  The logs show fetch isn't transmitting those addresses correctly and the server refuses access. Been using Fetch as my ftp client for years and don't want to switch. How can I use fetch as my client with usernames that are email addresses?

  Hi Eddie,

  Could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu after a login attempt and post the contents of that window? That will show what Fetch is sending to the server.

  Sent the transcript with my second message and just resent it again.
