G5 not working where G4 does ftp (2 posts)

    Using OS 10.3.5 and Fetch 4.0.3, I can ftp from a G4 computer but not from a G5 running the same software. Fetch Shortcuts from the G4 are also not working on the G5. I get "Error on password. ... cannot log in." Exceptions are: I can ftp to fetchworks and to AOL.

    Can you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu after a connection failure and post the contents? It might be useful to also see the transcript from a successful login from the G4.
