  I cannot get on my fetch how do I reset or retrieve my password?

  Hi,

  In order to reset or retrieve your password, you should contact the company or person that operates the server to which you are trying to connect. If you are trying to upload webpages, usually this means you should contact the web hosting provider that you have signed up with or your Internet service provider.

  (Fetch Softworks is not a hosting provider — we do not run or maintain servers for customers, so we cannot access or change your password.)
