getting "access denied" (2 posts)

    Running 4.0.3 on 10.3.7, I'm trying to put .dv file but keep getting "server response: access denied" message. What to do?

    Could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the contents after you dismiss the error message?
