    Hi Jim,
    Transcripts enclosed.
    I think this is related to the Apple 'Security Update 2004-12-02'.
    Many people have reported connection problems of all types since installing this update.

    Thanks for the transcripts. Could you try connecting to ftp.fetchsoftworks.com (leave the User ID and Password fields blank) with PASV enabled, and with it disabled?

    Also, do you have the OS X firewall turned on (in the Sharing panel of System Preferences)?
