  well, not eternal, but this is the first time I've used this software, and I don't know what to think about it. Actually, at the bottom of the little screen it says ""Getting file list" and it's been stuck on that for about five minutes, but to be true, I have a very slow connection, using my iPhone as a wifi up on top a mountain in Sonoma County Calif

  Hi,

  That does't sound right. Could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the contents (or submit them at http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/feedback)?
