I have exactly the same problem with Fetch 4.0.1, using OS X 10.1.4, and need to update my company website urgently so any help will be gratefully received. Thanks.

My first suggestion would be to toggle the setting of the "Use passive mode transfers (PASV)" checkbox in the Firewall section of Preferences, and make a new connection. If that doesn't help please post the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after attempting a connection. "Fetch Transcript" is listed in the Window menu.

Have just downloaded 4.0.2 as Jim suggested in email to me and it now works - thanks!

Hi, I'm using Fetch 4.0.2 in OS X 10.1x and I am able to connect to the site but it stays trying to get the file list which it never does. The icon of the dog keeps going and going and never stops until I click on cancel. Can you please help me !!! I need to update the information on my website ASAP and I'm not able to do it.
