Could you try again, and then send us the contents of the Fetch Transcript window using the form at http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/feedback ? I'll see what I can figure out from that.

Hello:
I just uploaded a folder with several files in it to our internal server for our Intranet. I am now trying to delete the folder and get the message:
Fetch could not delete "test" because the FTP server says that the requested item could not be accessed. If you entered a file or folder name or URL, check that is is correct. Server responded: "Remove directory operation failed.""
How can I go about deleting this folder?
