  I had an unrecoverable hard drive crash and lost my serial number. I have emailed for the serial number. Is there a way I can get my shortcuts back

  Hi,

  If you have sent email requesting your serial number, we will email you back (if we haven't already).

  Your shortcuts are stored on your hard drive, so the only way to recover them would be if you had a backup from before the crash. If you do, let us know and we can tell you where to look for the shortcuts file in the backup.
