Have serial number but still wont work (3 posts)

    I purchased fetch a while ago - and i used to use it on my computer at home with no problems..

    i downloaded fetch to my work computer and when i type in my name and serial number it says it is not valid but then usually when i hit cancel - it works anyway...

    that is until today - it refuses to work at all now and im getting VERY VERY angry - and of course it says if there are any problems when trying to enter your serial - please email sales@fetchsoftworks.com - ive emailed them a hundres times and i NEVER get a response..

    can anyone help?

    I apologize -- your three email messages yesterday were inadvertently filed as spam, perhaps because the subject lines were in upper case.
