Hello! I am able to upload pictures to one site but when I try to upload pictures to ftp.channeladvisor.com it gets the "loading files" part and the little doggy runs his legs off until he times out.

Has anyone else had a similar problem?

    Thank you in advance.

    Sincerely,

    Jean

Could you post the contents of the Fetch Transcript window after you see the problem? Choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu to open it.

    Thanks,

I'd try unchecking the "Use passive mode transfers (PASV)" box in the Firewall section of Preferences. Does that help?

    Thanks,
