    Trying to connect for first time. Have made sure hostname, user name, and password is correct. Keep getting Error: No Host By That name

    oh-ps I read the post from a little earlier about the other person having same problem....I checked my preferences and the proxy setting was set to none

    Could you choose "Fetch Transcript" from the Window menu and post the contents after you dismiss the error message?
