I have Comcast High-speed internet connection. Called them and they said they don't have hostnames. I have a .Mac email account. I called them and they blew me off and told me to call Comcast.

HELP!!! I need to access something immediately for a freelance job I'm doing from home!

    Thanks

    Hi,

Fetch is asking for the hostname of the server you want to upload files to, not the hostname of your Macintosh.

If you are trying to upload files to your Comcast webpage, the hostname is upload.comcast.net , and your username would be your Comcast username and password.

If you are trying to upload files to your .Mac account, Fetch cannot do that. You can open your iDisk in the Finder to put files there, though.

If you are trying to do something else, let us know and we'll try to help.

    Thanks,
