    I have used FTP Voyager in PC for years and use .wma and .asx files in the uploading of my files to my server. Now the .asx does not function. Is there another file to replace .asx or is there a way to make it work? Thank you!

    Hi Herbert,

    Before I try to answer your question, I'd like to make sure I understand it correctly.

    Are you are using Fetch on the Macintosh to upload .asx files, and they are not working after you upload them?

    Or are you having some other problem?

    Thanks,

    Hi Herbert,

    Thanks for the clarification. We'd like some more information to help us figure out what might be going on.

    Please do the following:

    * Quit Fetch, if it's running.
    * Open Fetch again.
    * Connect to your server.
    * Upload an .asx file again.
    * Once the upload is complete, go to the Window menu, and choose Fetch Transcript.
    * Copy the entire contents of the transcript window, and paste them into a reply to this message.

    We'll take a look and try to advise.

    Thanks,

    Hi
    For two days, and seeking other help, I have tried to send you the transcript as requested, but apparently it has not gone through to you for I have no response on it. Got another suggestion how I might get this info to you?
