    When i try to create a folder i get this error message:

    Fetch could not create the folder "filename" because the ftp server sent an unexpected error

    the Transcript is below

    please help, i'm pulling my hair out

    Hi,

    The server is saying that you don't have permission to create folders there. If you want this folder to hold web content I would recommend entering the httpdocs folder (which holds your website) and then trying to create the iframes folder.
