Fetch Softworks

I'm very new and need simple help. (2 posts)

  I uploaded my files to fetch and everything works great. the only problem is my home page web address is www.mywebsite.com/index, how do I get the home page address to just be www.mywebsite.com?

  Any help is greatly appreciated.

  Hi,

  I'd guess the problem is that instead of uploading the "index" folder itself, you need to open up the "index" folder and upload all the files and folders you find inside it.

  So, basically:

  * Connect to your server.
  * Find the "index" folder on your Mac's hard drive.
  * Open the "index" folder.
  * Select all the files and folders that you see in the "index" window.
  * Drag them to the Fetch window.

  This should upload them so that they display automatically when you go to www.mywebsite.com .
