  I'm in a jam. A client waiting.
  I recently installed Mountain Lion on my mac.
  My Fetch 4.03 doesn't work.
  If I upgrade to 5.72, will it get the contacts and passwords from my nonworking 4.03?

  These were installed so long ago that I have no idea what they are. Even my client doesn't know.

  I wish you had a working phone support.
  I have my original serial # from years ago.

  Need help please!

  Fetch 5.7.5 should import your shortcuts and passwords from Fetch 4.0.3. You can download a copy of Fetch 5.7.5 from

  http://fetchsoftworks.com/fetch/download/latest

  and give it a try. If it doesn't work, let me know and I'll help.
